What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, the service you are asking about and the location where the vehicle will be serviced. If you describe the fault or add notes, we collect that too.

We also collect standard technical information through our hosting provider and analytics, such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type.

How we use it

Your details are used to prepare and send your quote, to contact you about that enquiry, to carry out the service if you proceed, and to keep service records for the vehicle. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Website measurement

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and actions such as quote submissions and contact-link clicks. Google may set or read cookies and process device, browser, approximate location and interaction information under its own privacy policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on Google provides, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics does not affect your ability to request a quote.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the providers needed to operate the business — our website host, our analytics provider and the system used to manage quote requests and bookings. Each is bound to use it only for that purpose. We may disclose information where required by Australian law.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are retained so we can reference previous discussions and vehicle history. Records relating to completed work are retained as required under Australian tax and business record-keeping obligations, which is generally five years.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

This policy is governed by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
